Da Bout’s started with a bold, personal point of view: an Italian–Cajun hybrid rooted in Jimmie’s heritage and the kind of food he actually loves to cook...where comfort, spice, and family history all collide. As a newly graduated culinary student with big goals (seasonings, a future food truck or small restaurant, and a shot at getting on shelves like H-E-B), he needed a brand presence that felt memorable and legit without a big-budget rollout. I created an identity that visually balances both sides of his story, Italian-flag influence paired with Mardi Gras energy...so the brand instantly communicates his fusion style and can carry across labels, apparel, and early promotional materials as he grows.
