Scratch Kitchen was a deeply personal, full-circle project—my father’s final restaurant concept before his tragic passing during the pandemic. I led the work from the ground up: complete brand creation, marketing, and a floor-to-ceiling interior renovation down to the studs, including custom wine lockers and cellar, wainscotted walk-in coolers, bespoke artwork, and a 14’ x 14’ hand-painted mural. Beyond the space, I supported operations with recipe development, menu design, POS programming, staff uniforms, and employee materials—bringing the entire experience to life inside and out. While COVID ultimately ended the business, the project remains one of my proudest and most meaningful bodies of work.
